FeM Learning Hub
About Us

Two teachers, one common vision: to make English accessible, authentic and engaging for all ages.
We are Federica and Maria Laura, different and complementary
Federica is the organised, patient and diplomatic mind that holds every detail together.
Maria Laura is the creative and artistic side, a volcano of ideas and energy that makes every meeting unique.
Together we have created FeM Learning Hub in Cava de' Tirreni.
Join us and discover a new way of learning!

MARIA LAURA DUMA
Founder
After high school linguistics and a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature at the Orientale University in Naples, she trained as an Early Years Teacher at Brighton College. She became deputy headmistress of the largest nursery in East Sussex, developing a strong expertise in bilingual early years teaching.
Back in Italy, she collaborates with international schools and bilingual projects. After the Covid interlude, she decided to travel as a private educator, working with international families and in partnership with the schools of the Inspired group, present in over 120 locations worldwide
Maria Laura is the creative, theatrical and visionary soul of FeM: capable of transforming every lesson into an engaging experience, especially for the little ones.

FEDERICA RAIMONDI
Founder
Graduated from the Liceo Linguistico and graduated in Multilingualism and Multiculturalism at the Orientale University in Naples, she moved to Brighton, where she lived for six years and completed a further degree in International Hospitality Management.
In 2019 she obtained her CELTA certification for teaching English and in Italy she works as a teacher, tutor, translator and school coordinator, developing a precise and careful method.
Federica is the calm, gentle and organised side of FeM: able to keep calm, mediate tactfully and create a serene and professional environment.

OUR STORY
Federica and Maria Laura meet by chance in Brighton, in the south of England, during a period of study and work.
They discover that they studied in the same degree course at the Orientale University in Naples, sharing lessons and even the graduation session, without ever really knowing each other.
That chance meeting became the beginning of a friendship and a common dream: to bring to Italy a new way of teaching languages, more authentic, practical and suitable for everyone.
